At shopmasterplugins.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because our products are downloadable software licenses for WooCommerce, the following refund terms apply.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all product purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date — no questions asked. After 30 days from the purchase date, purchases are non-refundable.

How Purchases and Refunds Are Handled

Our products are sold through our merchant of record, Freemius, Inc., which handles checkout, payment, billing, and refunds on our behalf. Approved refunds are issued in full for the exact amount paid, in the original transaction currency, and returned to your original payment method.

Please note that if your purchase involved a currency conversion (for example, if your card or bank converted your local currency into the transaction currency at checkout), the amount you receive back in your local currency may differ slightly from the amount you originally paid. This is due to exchange-rate changes between the date of purchase and the date of refund, results from currency conversion by your payment provider, and is outside our control and that of Freemius.

Refund timing depends on your payment provider — PayPal refunds are typically processed immediately, while credit card refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

When a refund is issued, the associated license is cancelled and the related software is deactivated. Your settings and product data are not deleted and will remain available should you choose to purchase again in the future.

Renewals

License renewals are subject to the same 30-day money-back guarantee, applied from the date of each renewal payment. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Freemius customer account at https://freemius.com/customer-portal/ to avoid future renewal charges.

Chargebacks

If you have any concern about a charge, please contact us first — we are happy to help and, where eligible, will issue a refund promptly. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may delay resolution.
