Product Manager Pro
Introduction
Product Manager Pro brings your whole product catalogue into one admin screen, so you can edit and bulk-manage products, categories, attributes, brands, tags, storefront filters, sales and coupons — without opening each item one at a time. This page is a map of what the plugin does and where to find it; use the sidebar to browse every section in depth.

One screen, many managers

The plugin adds a single Product Manager admin page. A tab bar across the top switches between managers, each a focused workspace:

The product grid and bulk editing

The Product Editor is the heart of the plugin. You load a grid of products and edit them directly — prices, stock, names, SKUs, status, attributes and more — then save. You can search by name, SKU or attribute value, narrow the list with reusable Filters and Filter Sets, choose which columns are visible and save those as presets, expand variable products to edit each variation, and manage a product's image gallery. See Product Manager Grid.

Batch Utilities and the Logic Engine

When you need to change many products at once, Batch Utilities applies one operation across your whole selection — adjusting pricing, stock, shipping and tax; setting attributes, custom fields, categories, tags and brands; editing content and images; changing status; and permanently deleting data — from a single tabbed tool. The Logic Engine goes further: it builds conditional rule chains ("for every product where X, do Y, then Z") for precisely targeted bulk edits. Reversible operations are recorded in an Undo log so you can restore them. See Batch Utilities and Logic Engine.

Storefront filters

The Filter Manager builds the filter controls shoppers see on shop and category pages. You create individual filters (a colour list, a brand list, a price slider), group them into a Filter Widget, place that widget anywhere with a shortcode, and style every widget from one global Style Editor. See Filter Manager.

Taxonomy managers

Dedicated managers for Categories, Tags and Brands let you create, rename, organise and assign terms in bulk — including a category hierarchy view and bulk product assignment. The Attribute Manager handles global attributes and their values, with Templates for applying a standard set of attributes to many products at once.

Sales and coupons

The Sale Manager schedules and runs sale campaigns with start and end dates and tracks each campaign's state. The Coupon Manager creates and manages discount coupons.

Import, export and backups

You can export product data to CSV, JSON or XML, and import products through a guided job that maps your columns, matches on SKU, and runs in batches with a rollback option. Separately, you can back up and restore the plugin's own configuration — filters, widgets, templates, presets and settings — as a JSON file. See Import / Export and Plugin Settings.

Settings and Quick Find

Plugin Settings cover per-page defaults and core store options, configuration backup and restore, and licensing. Quick Find is a keyboard-triggered radial menu for jumping straight to columns, filter widgets or editor tools. See Plugin Settings.

Where to startIf you're new, begin with the Product Manager Grid overview to learn the main workspace, then explore Batch Utilities for bulk changes and the Filter Manager for your storefront. The sidebar lists every section.
